At The Recovery Partners (TRP), we’re committed to providing honest, supportive, and professional coaching for those working to overcome gambling-related struggles. The terms below are designed to protect both you and us, and to create a safe, clear foundation for our work together.

1. Eligibility

The Recovery Partners is intended for English-speaking adults aged 18 and over. Our services are accessible worldwide to eligible individuals, regardless of country of residence.

2. Coaching Services

TRP provides non-clinical coaching services to support individuals in recovery from gambling-related issues. These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. TRP coaches are not licensed healthcare providers. If you are in crisis or in need of clinical care, we encourage you to seek help from a licensed professional or emergency services.

3. Payment and Refunds

All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of coaching sessions with the exception of the free consultation. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. If you need to reschedule a session, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be forfeited at TRP’s discretion.

4. User Conduct

You agree to engage respectfully with TRP coaches and other members of the TRP community (if applicable). Harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior may result in suspension or termination of access to services.

5. Limitation of Liability

TRP and its coaches are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. While we are committed to supporting your journey, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

6. Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
