HELPING YOU HELP YOUR CLIENTS

WHO WE WORK WITH

At The Recovery Partners, we offer specialized support for individuals struggling with gambling.
Our coaching program is not a replacement for clinical care — it’s a complement.
We work alongside professionals like you to help clients find clarity, stability, and a way forward.

After all, the whole is greater than the sum of its parts — and our shared goal is to give each
person in need the best possible chance to thrive.

Whether you’re a therapist, a treatment center, a psychiatrist, an EAP provider, or a coach, we’re
here to make collaboration easy, thoughtful, and effective.

WHY PARTNER WITH US ?

GAMBLING ADDICTION IS OFTEN UNDER-IDENTIFIED — AND UNDER-RESOURCED.

Many professionals know it’s there, but don’t have the bandwidth, training, or capacity to offer structured, ongoing support.

That’s where we come in.

Our one-year coaching program is designed to meet clients wherever they are: during treatment, after discharge, or while continuing therapy. We’re flexible, collaborative, and deeply committed to real-world recovery.

We’re also open to reduced-rate partnerships for referring providers — especially where the value is mutual and clear.

HOW WE COLLABORATE

We aim to meet clients where they are and work collaboratively with your existing structure.

Here are a few common ways we engage:

  • For residential or outpatient clients, we can coordinate to begin coaching while they’re still in your care, if timing and logistics allow.

  • Most commonly, coaching begins after treatment ends, with a warm handoff via a short call involving your team, the client, and one of our coaches.

  • We often complement ongoing clinical care — offering day-to-day accountability, structure, and practical support while you focus on the deeper therapeutic work.

  • We can also support clients coming from EAPs or coaching relationships — whether they’re just beginning to explore gambling issues or need structured follow-up.

TREATMENT
CENTERS

We understand how overwhelmed facilities can be. If you're already managing substance use, psychiatric needs, trauma, and more — adding gambling support might not be realistic, even when the need is obvious.

    • Concurrent support: We may begin working with a client while they’re in treatment, if schedules and logistics align.

    • Post-discharge continuity: More commonly, we begin coaching after treatment ends — but we always prefer a coordinated handoff. We encourage a brief call involving your lead counselor, our coach, and the client to explain the program and schedule the first session.
We’ll meet your team’s structure with care and flexibility.

THERAPISTS & PSYCHIATRISTS

If gambling isn’t your specialty, or if your client needs more intensive structure around behavior change, we’re here to help.

We’re happy to:

  1. Act as a complementary support alongside your ongoing work

  2. Coordinate lightly with you, with full client consent

  3. Serve as a trusted referral option for clients in need of a recovery track

Even when referrals don’t happen directly, we welcome introductions and conversations — many therapists have led us to opportunities we never saw coming.

EAP PROVIDERS

We’re a strong fit for EAPs who want to offer a meaningful next step for employees dealing with gambling-related issues. Whether it’s stress-related betting, online casino use, or workplace performance issues tied to gambling — we provide practical, confidential coaching that can integrate well with your existing provider network.

We’re flexible on payment structure and open to creative solutions that make long-term support more accessible.

COACHES

Gambling may not be your lane — and that’s okay. If you’re working with someone who’s otherwise thriving but struggling in this one area, we’re happy to provide focused support.

While most clients benefit from our full-year structure, we can occasionally offer shorter-term options when the situation calls for it. Let’s work together to make sure they get what they need — without reinventing their whole system of support.
