We’re not doctors. We’re not licensed therapists, and we don’t pretend to be.
We are individuals who have lived through the pain, secrecy, and chaos of gambling addiction — and emerged stronger, living full, happy lives beyond it. Our work is rooted in real-world recovery, not just theory.
Our approach draws from what works — traditional recovery programs, professional therapy, spiritual practices, behavioral and cognitive tools, and honest trial and error. We’ve distilled what works into a flexible, compassionate framework focused on long-term change.
To be clear: we are not a replacement for clinical therapy, medical treatment, or other self-help and recovery resources. If additional therapeutic support would serve you, we encourage it — and we’ll help you find it. Our role is to offer grounded, relatable guidance based on lived experience — a different kind of support for those ready to walk this path.
WHAT WE OFFER
Our comprehensive coaching program combines lived experience, practical tools, and structured support to help you stop gambling and start rebuilding your life — on your terms.

The first 90 days build your foundation fast. You’ll meet frequently with your coach to stabilize your routines, understand the patterns that drive your gambling, and create strong, practical habits that support your real life. Strategic family involvement may be included as appropriate. You’ll also receive an introduction to numerous additional supportive recovery tools such as online communities, highly useful apps, and in-person options.
26 one-on-one live coaching sessions via Zoom (2× per week, 55 minutes each)
Family integration and support (as recommended)
Ongoing text-based support with your coach
Unlimited access to The Recovery Partners Resource Library
Personalized recovery planning tailored to your goals and strengths
Tools to support emotional, physical, and mental wellness
Self-paced learning through videos, readings, and reflective writing
The first 90 days create your foundation — strengthening daily habits, building emotional steadiness, and helping you feel firmly back in control.

After the intensive phase, the next nine months help you maintain momentum while building deeper emotional strength, healthier routines, and a stable life you can grow into. You’ll have steady coaching, ongoing accountability, continued emotional support, and structured opportunities to deepen insight and direction through guided reading and conversation.
This is where long-term stability forms — one grounded week at a time.
